Rahjta's Juice Mixes

These are very potent mixtures.  If you are new to nutrient dense juices,  please start slow with limiting your ingredients and building one step at a time.  Add organic barley grass, wheatgrass and spirulina powders to your mixtures.  You can purchase these powders in  bulk which is more cost effective.  Also E3-Live Frozen Blue/Green Algae. This can be a very effective 'superfood'.  Mix and match - create your own !  Have fun and feel amazing !!!

(peanut butter/almond butter - any nut butter) optional based on how you do with peanut butter)

stevia(optional - banana add much sweetness)

almond milk

water or coconut water(packed with electrolytes)

in blender:

spinach

ground cocoa

(maca powder)

chopped ginger

collard/kale

ground pumpkin seeds

ground flax seeds

stevia

maca powder 2 Tbls

peanut butter (organic)

water/coconut water or coconut milk 

ground cocoa

1/2 red apple or green apple depending on desired sweetness and taste

banana

cup of organic blueberries

ground cocoa

cinnamon

1/4 peeled lemon

1 Tbls shredded coconut

in juicer:

carrots 

steamed(and cooled) beets

Combined in blender:

chopped ginger

chopped collards/kale

cucumber

banana(optional - potassium - sweetness)

1/2 red apple
